We are currently preparing for the opening of two properties in Menorca: Son Vell (Ciutadella) and Son Ermità / Binideufà (Ferreries), and are seeking professionals committed to excellence to join our team. **About Son Vell** Son Vell, located in an impressive setting within an extensive 180-hectare estate and just a short distance from the coast, stands as an eternal symbol of Menorca’s elegance and beauty. The spacious and sophisticated rooms and suites are distributed across the original 18th-century manor house, restored traditional outbuildings, and a series of newly constructed buildings meticulously integrated into aromatic gardens. **About Son Ermità and Binidufà** Located in the rural heart of Menorca, these two boutique hotels embody Mediterranean serenity and traditional Minorcan architecture. Surrounded by pristine nature and offering privileged access to the island’s coastline, Son Ermità and Binidufà deliver a culinary experience celebrating local produce, seasonality, and proximity-based cuisine. **Job Description:** As Steward at Vestige Collection, you will be a fundamental team member, ensuring that the kitchen and dining areas have the necessary tableware and equipment to deliver top-quality service while maintaining the hygiene standards characteristic of luxury hospitality. This role demands efficiency, stress management, and commitment to cleanliness and order—essential for the smooth functioning of the entire F&B operation. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Washing, drying, and polishing tableware, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen equipment * Maintaining cleanliness in the dishwashing area, pantry, and tableware storage zones * Sorting and correctly storing tableware, glassware, and utensils according to type and usage * Cleaning pots, pans, trays, containers, and heavy-duty kitchen equipment * Assisting in cleaning kitchen equipment (ovens, griddles, fryers, exhaust systems) following established protocols * Managing waste properly, separating it according to recycling and sustainability regulations * Restocking clean tableware in the kitchen and pantry during service to ensure continuous availability * Monitoring stock levels of cleaning supplies and reporting replenishment needs * Keeping the waste area organized and collaborating in waste collection management * Strictly adhering to HACCP protocols, food safety standards, and occupational risk prevention measures * Assisting with other tasks required for kitchen operations, including mise en place for events, etc. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for?** * Prior experience as a steward, dishwasher, or in cleaning roles within restaurants or hotels (minimum 6 months–1 year) * Experience in high-volume establishments or those with high quality standards will be valued * Food Handler’s Certificate * Occupational Risk Prevention training (desirable) * Experience operating industrial dishwashing machinery and knowledge of cleaning products specific to different surfaces and materials * Basic ability to operate devices for reporting incidents or supply needs * Agility in processing large volumes of tableware during high-demand services * Attention to detail to ensure every item is in optimal condition * Ability to sort, store, and restock tableware in an orderly and logical manner * Stress management skills to maintain pace and quality during peak workloads * Proactivity in anticipating restocking needs during service * Teamwork—fluid coordination with kitchen, dining, and other departments * Commitment to hygiene and adherence to standards * Punctuality and strict adherence to schedules, especially during key service moments * Availability to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays according to operational needs **What do we offer?** * The opportunity to join a soulful hospitality project that rescues heritage and creates memorable experiences * Integration into a growing professional team in 2026 * Training and growth opportunities within Vestige Collection * Full-time permanent intermittent contract * A collaborative and respectful work environment in a privileged natural setting * Location in Menorca (Son Vell and Son Ermità & Binidufà hotels) **Do you identify with this project?** If this challenge inspires you—if you share our passion for creating unique experiences for our guests—we would love to meet you.
