We offer our guests the opportunity to connect with history, nature, and authenticity, all delivered to the highest standards of service excellence. **Job Description:** As Night Auditor at our Binidufá hotel, you will manage overnight operations and daily closing procedures. Your mission is to ensure accuracy in both financial and operational closing, safeguard guest safety and comfort during nighttime hours, and prepare for the next day by providing essential information to ensure seamless service continuity. This role combines administrative responsibility with the highest standards of guest service, within an environment that values autonomy, analytical ability, and proactive incident resolution. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform daily system closing (financial and operational closing of the day). * Review and reconcile revenues: rooms, extras, POS, cash register, and invoicing. * Verify reservations, check-ins, and check-outs for the day. * Prepare daily reports for management (occupancy, sales, incidents). * Staff the front desk during the night shift. * Manage late arrivals and early departures. * Resolve guest issues during the night. * Answer urgent phone calls and emails. * Monitor hotel security during the night shift. * Coordinate with other departments in case of emergencies. * Prepare the system for the new day. * Maintain order and basic cleanliness in the front desk area. **Requirements:** --------------- **What We’re Looking For:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel front office, preferably in boutique hotels, 4–5 star properties, or luxury establishments * Education in Tourism, Hospitality, Administration, or related field (vocational training, undergraduate degree, or equivalent) * Advanced proficiency in hotel property management systems; Opera Cloud highly desirable * Knowledge of billing and cash-handling procedures * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and Outlook) * Familiarity with review management platforms * Ability to quickly adapt to new technological tools * Advanced English; additional languages (e.g., French, German) are an asset * Proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, empathy, and results orientation * Stress management and resilience, attention to detail, and teamwork * Flexible schedule: availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays **What We Offer:** * The opportunity to join a soul-driven hospitality project that rescues heritage and creates memorable experiences * Onboarding in 2026 into a professional team undergoing dynamic growth * Training and career development opportunities within Vestige Collection * Permanent part-time contract for the night shift * A collaborative and respectful work environment set in a privileged natural setting * Location in Menorca **Do You Identify With This Project?** If this challenge inspires you—if you share our passion for crafting unique experiences for our guests—we would love to meet you.
