Joining an established team Asset Hoteles is looking to hire a **Multifunctional Operational Support Staff** for its four-star hotel and adjacent tourist apartment complex located in Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid). We seek a dynamic, solution-oriented, and customer-focused individual who can deliver cross-departmental support across various hotel departments. Main Responsibilities: * Transporting guests (hotel–airport transfer service and other destinations). * Supporting valet operations: managing and moving bed linens. * Performing minor preventive and corrective maintenance tasks (bulb replacements, adjustments, minor repairs, assisting external technical services). * Assisting with room and event setup. * Conducting basic supervision of common areas. * Providing occasional support to the reception and housekeeping departments. * Other duties inherent to the position. Requirements: * Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role or within the hospitality industry. * Valid driver’s license (mandatory). * Professional appearance and strong customer orientation. * Solution-oriented profile with initiative. * Basic maintenance knowledge is preferred. * English proficiency is desirable. * Immediate availability. * Residence within the province where the vacancy is located.
