To fulfill this mission, we seek committed, change-oriented individuals with strong customer focus and long-term vision—people who want to contribute and build the future of the sector alongside our team. **Do you want to advance your professional career with us?** We are looking for a newly graduated Tourism Manager with strong English proficiency for our offices in A Coruña. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Build strong commercial relationships with the hotels in your portfolio. * Optimize inventory, availability, and rate competitiveness offered through the Central Reservation System. * Negotiate terms aimed at maximizing conversion and ensuring the best competitiveness index for the assigned portfolio hotels. * Analyze demand data and booking patterns using internal tools to align contracted products with agency network demand. * Provide advice on online marketing and direct sales. * Identify business opportunities regarding new products, offers, or any other services—coordinating with the department head and the Business Acceleration team. **What are we looking for?** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or related field; or Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Travel Agencies or Tourist Accommodations. * Analytical mindset and commercial aptitude, with clear results orientation. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Languages: Advanced English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is highly valued. * Prior experience in hotels or travel agencies is also an advantage. **What do we offer?** At Keytel, you can join a leading, continuously growing, and globally expanding travel industry company that invests consistently in its team’s professional development.
