Currently, as a recruitment consultancy, we are looking for a Human Resources Administration Manager for our client based in Murcia, to **coordinate and supervise the Human Resources Administration area**, ensuring the correct execution of recurring HR processes, compliance with legal deadlines, data quality, acting as the **first-level incident resolver**, and serving as the liaison between the technical team and the Human Resources Directorate. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Organization and allocation of workload for the Human Resources Administration team. * Supervision of adherence to critical deadlines (payroll, social security contributions, contracts, modifications, temporary disability/occupational accidents, etc.). * Review and validation of processes prior to submission to the HR Directorate. * Standardization of working criteria and procedures. **Operational personnel management** * Supervision of payroll preparation and control (within the **A3** environment). * Monitoring of registrations, deregistrations, and modifications in the Social Security system. * Management and tracking of contracts, extensions, conversions, and terminations. * Coordination of incidents related to temporary disability, maternity/paternity leave, leaves of absence, and reduced working hours. * Labor documentation control and maintenance of the master personnel data. **Interaction with external stakeholders** * Coordination with the General Treasury of the Social Security and SEPE on routine incidents. * Technical support during labor audits and labor inspections. **Support to the HR Directorate** * Identification of recurring incidents and proposal of operational improvements. * Preparation of basic monitoring reports (deadlines, incidents, workload). * Escalation to the HR Directorate only for significant deviations, risks, or decisions exceeding the operational scope. * Participation in the implementation of process improvements and digitalization of the area. **REQUIREMENTS** * University degree or higher vocational training in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Law, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources Administration. * Prior experience coordinating teams or acting as the technical reference for the area. * Demonstrable experience in payroll management and use of A3. * Experience working in environments governed by multiple collective bargaining agreements, adapting to diverse applicable laws and regulations. **What does the company offer?** * **Permanent contract** * **Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30–18:00; Friday 8:00–15:00.
