Currently, as a recruitment consultancy, we are seeking an **HR Administrator** for our client, located in **Alguazas**. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Document management of employment files (contracts, annexes, and other employment-related documentation) * Timekeeping record control * Review of payroll incidents * Preparation of basic reports * Handling basic labor-related inquiries from staff * Execution of personnel administration tasks (wage garnishments, payroll variables, settlement processing, contract modifications) * Provide support to the HR Manager on occupational health and safety (OHS) tasks (medical examinations, training, etc.) **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum education: Higher Vocational Training Degree in Administration and Finance, Labor Relations, or equivalent * Mandatory minimum one year of experience in a similar position * Experience in labor consultancy is highly desirable * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills **What does the company offer?** * Permanent full-time contract * Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., with flexible entry and exit times.
