Our restaurant is where cuisine, ambiance, and service merge into something unique—where every meal is an experience and every guest departs feeling truly well cared for. We are expanding our F\&B team and seeking someone who brings both agility and genuine attentiveness to every shift. Your Responsibilities In the Dining Room: – Collect dishes from the kitchen and deliver them to the correct table swiftly and carefully – Read the service rhythm and anticipate the dining room team’s needs before they ask – Maintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge of the menu, allergens, and service standards at all times – Support mise en place before service and table reset between courses – Keep the dining room, pass, and service stations clean, organized, and fully prepared throughout your shift – Efficiently assist with table clearing and resetting between courses In the Kitchen: – Communicate fluently with the kitchen team to ensure timing and accuracy for each table – Immediately alert the maître or head waiter to any timing issues or special requests – Support the bar team with beverage service as needed during peak service – Handle all guest interactions with composure, warmth, and the Boho spirit – Serve as the eyes and ears of the dining room when the team is occupied with guests As Part of the Team: – Arrive energized and with a positive attitude—even on the busiest days – Step in wherever the team needs support, with no detail too small – Participate in menu briefings, product knowledge sessions, and service training – Take guest feedback seriously and use it to continuously improve What We’re Looking For: – Prior experience in restaurants or F\&B is valued but not essential – Comfortable working quickly while remaining calm under pressure and clear-headed during service – Physically active role: ability to stand and move agilely throughout the entire shift – Fluent Spanish; additional languages are a plus – Genuinely warm and engaging with guests—not merely correct, but authentically present – Responsible, flexible with scheduling, and a true team player – Passionate about gastronomy, service, and the art of luxury hospitality ### **Requirements** Someone who understands that the guest experience is built through every small detail—not only what’s on the plate, but how and when it arrives at the table.
