A positive work environment At **Hotel \& Restaurante Alahuar**, we are looking for a **Cook** to join our team in **Benimaurell (Vall de Laguart).** You will become part of a **family-owned company with nearly 100 years of history**, operating **7 establishments across Spain** and managing over **3\.500 hotel rooms**, committed to service quality and attention to detail, where teamwork and a positive working atmosphere are fundamental to delivering the best experience to our customers. ### **Job Description** * In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and planning kitchen tasks, as well as forecasting the products and raw materials required to prepare daily menus. * Store and preserve food in designated locations, observing expiration dates. * Prepare and present dishes; coordinate the kitchen team under the supervision of the Head Chef. * Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations and practices. ### **What We Are Looking For** **What We Are Looking For** * Food Handler Certificate * Prior kitchen experience: 3\-4 years. * Formal vocational training and/or Professional Certification in Cooking is desirable. * Teamwork skills. * Problem-solving and adaptability skills. * Ability to handle problems and unexpected situations. * Proactive and dynamic individual. ### **What We Offer** * **Salary: €1\.800 gross per month, paid in 12 installments**. * Opportunity to join a stable and professional team. * A positive work environment. * Terms and conditions in accordance with the **Hospitality Industry Collective Agreement**.
