We seek to welcome an experienced and service-minded Dining Room Waiter/Waitress to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional gastronomic experience for our guests, managing dining room service efficiently and professionally. **Main Responsibilities:** * Set up and organize tables prior to service (table setting, placement of cutlery, glassware, and linens). * Greet and seat guests at their tables, present the menu, and answer questions regarding dishes and beverages. * Accurately and diligently take food and beverage orders. * Serve beverages and dishes following the Group’s presentation and service standards. * Remain attentive to guests’ needs during service, anticipating their requests. * Clear plates and tableware upon completion of service or as required. * Clear and clean tables after each service, preparing them for the next one. * Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination and efficient service. * Operate the point-of-sale (POS) terminal to process payments and issue invoices. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area and associated service zones. * Comply with current food hygiene and safety regulations. * Assist in receiving and organizing supplies (beverages, tableware, etc.) when required. * Support dining room assistant duties as needed during service. REQUIREMENTS * Proven experience of at least 2 years in similar roles as a waiter/waitress in hotels or upscale restaurants. * Solid knowledge of wines, spirits, and other beverages, including appropriate service techniques. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. * Excellent appearance and guest interaction skills, with a friendly, proactive, and service-oriented attitude. * Ability to work as part of a team and strong interpersonal communication skills. * Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays. * Basic language skills (English is desirable). * Experience using POS systems. * Responsible, organized individual with strong attention to detail. * Prior experience as a dining room assistant will be valued.
