




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant with a Medium-Level Degree in Administration to provide support in document management and accounting, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and upper-intermediate English. Key Points: 1. Support in document management and accounting 2. Document administration and telephone assistance 3. Role involving communication and organization Responsibilities: Provide support in document management for the Department of Accounting and Finance. TAX: Send/control various tax forms to the tax agency. LEGAL: Manage documentation including deeds, minutes, CC.AA., ISO, insurance policies, etc. OTHERS: \- Telephone assistance \- Manage the generic email account AUMA Iberia \- Various administrative tasks \- Support during audits \- Manage documentation: \- TCs and monthly reports \- Archiving \- BC \- Various administrative procedures (hiring, solutions, etc.) * Education: Medium-Level Degree in Administration * Languages: Upper-intermediate English. Part of the interview will be conducted in English. * Experience: Dual vocational training or minimum experience required. * Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Skills: Organized, able to work under pressure, multitasking, strong verbal and written communication skills. Employment Conditions: * Permanent contract, with a 2-month probationary period * Vacation days: 22 working days * Working hours: 8:00–14:00, with 2 additional flexible hours * Gross annual salary: €22,000 in 12 payments Job Type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: €22,000.00–€23,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
