




Job Summary: Support daily office operations, HR processes, and inter-team communication by managing administrative and personnel-related tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in administration or HR is preferred; recent graduates are welcome **Main Responsibilities** * Manage daily office administrative tasks; * Support recruitment processes, interview coordination, and onboarding/offboarding procedures; * Maintain employee files and basic HR data; * Track attendance and assist with administrative expense management; * Support communication between Chinese and local teams, and perform simple translations; * Other supporting administrative tasks. **Requirements** * Proficiency in Chinese and good command of Spanish; * Experience in administration or HR is preferred (recent graduates are also welcome); Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: €23,000.00–€30,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
