




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative accounting professional in Barcelona to manage invoices, payments, bank reconciliations, and support monthly closings, while maintaining organized records. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of customer and supplier invoices. 2. Support for monthly closings and reconciliation review. 3. Full-time position with flexible hours from Monday to Friday. We are looking for personnel to perform administrative accounting tasks in Barcelona. Responsibilities will include issuing, recording, and controlling both customer and supplier invoices, ensuring all documentation is in order. The role also entails payment management, including tracking due dates, preparing payments, and supporting internal approvals. Additionally, the position involves performing bank reconciliations, conducting detailed transaction reviews, managing documentation, digitally archiving files, and controlling supporting documents. Support will be provided for monthly closings, including gathering information and reviewing reconciliations. It is required to keep data updated and well-organized within relevant tools. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, morning shift, with flexible working hours between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. * Minimum one year of prior experience in similar roles. * We seek a methodical and detail-oriented individual. * Proximity to the workplace is considered an advantage. .
