This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast\-paced, international, and multicultural environment and is looking to grow in a dynamic organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Accounting processes, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls to ensure financial performance and accuracy. * Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. * Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on discrepancies. * Budgeting, financial planning, and monitoring departmental expenses. * Ensure compliance with company financial policies and local regulations. * Supporting special projects and initiatives as needed. * Prepare bank deposits and perform bank reconciliations * Assist with external accountants, tax advisors, and legal consultants. * Support internal and external audits * Collaborate with other departments regarding billing and financial matters. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * 4\+ years of experience in Business Administration or Finance/Accounting role * Strong in organizational and communication skills. * Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar). **Why Join Our Team?** * Office located in Málaga’s Soho district, 1 block from Alameda Principal. * **Positive Work Environment:** We actively foster a culture of support, respect, and mutual growth.
