Hotel La Perdiz 4* located in La Carolina (Jaén) is seeking to hire Waiters/Waitresses. We are looking for highly detail-oriented individuals who identify with our culture and exclusive service, aiming to contribute to the hotel’s quality objectives. * Organize, direct, and coordinate the work of staff under their supervision and perform all activities within their department. * Conduct inventories and controls of materials, goods, etc., used in their department. * Propose orders for goods and place orders if assigned to do so. * Perform customer service tasks specific to the role and Social Skills. * The 2nd Maître will substitute for the Maître in carrying out the Maître’s duties. * Ability to promote and reinforce sales-oriented objectives for our products/services. **Requirements:** * Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar positions. * References are valued. * Teamwork spirit. * Ability to work under pressure. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Attention to detail. * Customer orientation to meet their needs. * Concern for order and cleanliness. * Positive attitude.
