That’s why we seek a **Kitchen Assistant** who shares our passion for excellence and doing things well. **Who Are We?** We are a luxury boutique hotel located in a monumental 18th-century building in Santiago de Compostela, where accommodation, gastronomy, and spa coexist in an environment where every detail matters—and where the guest experience is crafted with sensitivity, consistency, and excellence. **Your Mission** Support the kitchen team in food preparation and service execution, contributing to ensuring that each dish reflects the quality, care, and gastronomic identity of A Quinta da Auga. **What Will You Do Daily?** * Support ingredient preparation and cooking processes according to the kitchen team’s instructions. * Collaborate in plating and presentation of dishes, adhering to our standards. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen throughout service hours. * Properly manage storage and preservation of products. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Coordinate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth, high-quality service. **What Are We Looking For?** * **EXPERIENCE:** Prior kitchen experience is valued (minimum 6 months–1 year). * **EDUCATION:** Culinary or hospitality training is desirable (vocational training or related courses). * **PERSONAL TRAITS:** Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, ability to work in a team, and sensitivity to detail. **Position Conditions** * **Contract:** Seasonal contract with potential for future stability within the team. * **Working Hours:** Part-time, 30 hours/week, with two consecutive rest days. * **Schedule:** Between 7:00 PM and 2:00 AM, depending on service needs. **What Can We Offer You?** Join a solid, identity-driven project at one of the country’s most renowned luxury hotels—a setting where gastronomy, brand, and guest experience go hand in hand, offering genuine space to learn, grow professionally, and add value.
