This position is 100% remote and long-term. The desired editing style is a blend of Steven Bartlett’s "Diary of a CEO" and Guillaume Pley’s "Legends": a slow, deliberate, narrative-driven approach rather than flashy edits. Pacing is fundamental. Most of the work will consist of long-form YouTube videos (approximately 80%), with some short-form content (approximately 20%) for other platforms.
