Field Operations Manager – Real Estate Assets Location: Málaga (travel within the province) Contract type: Permanent intermittent contract Working hours: Full-time Who are we? We are a company specialized in investment and management of real estate assets. We are seeking a dynamic and solution-oriented individual to conduct on-site monitoring of our assets and collaborate with the team in managing each case file. What will your responsibilities be? * Visit properties to assess their condition and occupancy level. * Maintain contact with occupants, neighbors, or building managers when necessary. * Take photographs and collect relevant information for each asset. * Prepare reports and update information in the internal system. * Coordinate with the team to schedule visits and monitor case files. * Identify incidents and communicate any relevant information. What are we looking for? * A responsible, organized, and proactive individual. * Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to work autonomously. * Valid driving license class B. * Willingness and availability to travel throughout the province of Málaga. * Basic proficiency in computer tools. Prior experience in this sector is not required. We especially value attitude, responsibility, and eagerness to learn. The company will provide specific training. Preferred qualifications: * Experience in field roles, real estate, customer service, sales, or debt recovery. * Basic knowledge of the real estate market.
