YOUR ROLE As a Scrum Master at Capgemini, you will be a key facilitator of agile practices, guiding cross\-functional teams to deliver high\-quality solutions while continuously improving their processes. With at least 3\+ years of experience in project management or Scrum Master roles, you'll serve as the agile champion, removing impediments and fostering a collaborative environment that enables teams to reach their full potential.
