We are seeking an SAP Project Manager / Delivery Manager with solid experience in managing SAP projects and incidents, currently performing management and coordination duties, but who originates from a technical SAP role and retains the ability to analyze, understand, and support the resolution of technical issues when required. This role combines management, prioritization, and tracking with genuine technical involvement, serving as a key interface between business and SAP teams. Work model: HYBRID — 4 days onsite at the office (Sanchinarro area — Madrid) and 1 day remote. Responsibilities: * End-to-end management of SAP projects and incidents. * Task prioritization and backlog management using Jira. * Functional and technical documentation in Confluence. * Coordination of SAP technical and functional teams. * Analysis and tracking of complex incidents, actively participating in their resolution when necessary. * Support in technical and functional decision-making. * Monitoring of timelines, risks, dependencies, and service quality. * Project status reporting and KPIs. * Liaison with technical and business stakeholders in an international environment. Requirements: * Prior technical experience in SAP (functional or technical consulting). * Professional evolution into project/delivery management roles. * Ability to dive into technical details for critical incidents or issues. * Experience managing SAP incidents and evolutionary projects. * Regular use of Jira and Confluence. * Advanced English level C1 (spoken and written). * Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
