We take pride in collaborating with leading companies to address climate change. **Join our team to be part of this change!** We are seeking a **Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer** with experience in projects within the **Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizers, or Energy sectors**, assuming a key role in **interdisciplinary technical coordination**, **interface management**, and direct support to Project Management throughout the various project phases. **Location:** Madrid **Work modality:** Hybrid model **Responsibilities:** Coordinate project activities interdisciplinary, ensuring compliance with schedules, costs, quality, and contractual requirements. Promote and coordinate the resolution of technical issues, proposing solutions to the Project Management team. Participate in technical meetings with clients, suppliers, and/or licensors (e.g., HAZOP, P&ID reviews, 3D model reviews), coordinating the closure of resulting actions. Coordinate the issuance of documentation from various disciplines (specifications, drawings, requisitions, etc.) required to cover the defined project scope. Review requisitions for tender requests and purchase orders, as well as technical tabulations and technical recommendations for equipment and material procurement. Perform full procurement tracking until delivery at site. Identify project changes for proper control, tracking, and potential management as change orders. Provide technical support during the construction phase when necessary, ensuring correct engineering–construction integration. **Requirements:** University degree in Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s), all specializations. Specialization in Oil & Gas and Energy will be particularly valued. More than 12 years’ experience in projects within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizers, or Energy sectors. Advanced English proficiency oriented toward negotiation and an international professional environment. Availability for international assignments. Strong interdisciplinary coordination capability. Experience in direct communication with clients.
