Summary: Organize and support student work placements and accommodation, ensuring their progress and safety within the workplace. Highlights: 1. Organize and support student work placements 2. Monitor student progress and address issues 3. Conduct Health & Safety assessments We are looking for work placement \& accommodation coordinator Irish originate (does not need to speak Gaelic) to join us asap. 1\.To organise work placements and support students in the work placement process. 2\. To monitor the progress of students, and deal effectively with any issues/concerns that arise. 3\. To carry out Health \& Safety assessments of work placement settings, and to be aware of the issues surrounding Health \& Safety/Safeguarding within the workplace environment. 4\. Assist with briefing meetings on a group and individual basis with students and course leaders so that they understand the work placement process, the level of support available and are fully equipped to undertake a successful work placement. 5\. To be familiar with the CRB/Garda Vetting checking process and assist participants in the form completion. 6\. To assist in the distribution of relevant documentation to providers concerning work placement, training, school exchanges. 7\. To assist in the development and maintenance of a databases of appropriate employer and commercial/industrial links \& accommodation master. 8\. Matching participants with accommodation \& placement and providing alternatives when needed. 9\. To communicate effectively with the Project Co\-ordinator and appropriate team members about placements and accommodation. 10\.
