We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join Cofidis Spain’s Project Office. Mission Plan and manage the tasks required to execute a project, ensuring alignment with Cofidis’ strategy and oversight of objective achievement. Supervise the project’s design, development, implementation, and subsequent maintenance. Provide all participants with a clear vision of the project’s objectives and success, then guide them toward achieving those objectives. Lead and coordinate the project team to foster commitment to project goals and collaboration in decision-making, implementing established project management processes and methodologies while ensuring the team adheres to them. Balance project constraints—such as time, budget, and stakeholders’ objectives—by effectively utilizing available resources. Establish guidelines and effective communication channels to ensure smooth and efficient communication both within the project team and with stakeholders and suppliers. Manage alerts and resolve incidents related to assigned projects. Anticipate potential threats and opportunities through identification and management of project-related risks. What Do We Offer?
