INSTRUCTOR: Training in Management Skills and Agile Methodologies

Position Summary: We are seeking specialized instructors to deliver high-level training across various thematic areas, including wellbeing, communication, management, and agile methodologies. Key Highlights: 1. Delivers high-level training. 2. Trains in wellbeing, communication, management, and agile methodologies. 3. Develops key professional skills. We seek to incorporate specialized instructors to deliver high-level training. **Academic Requirements** To be eligible, candidates must meet the following mandatory criteria: * **Qualification:** Hold at least a University Bachelor’s Degree + Master’s Degree or a Licentiate Degree. * **Recognition of Foreign Qualifications:** Foreign degrees must be officially recognized or accompanied by an official equivalence statement. **Proven Professional Experience** Candidates must demonstrate a solid track record in the corporate sector: * **Teaching Experience:** At least **300 hours** of instruction delivered within the last three years (2023, 2024, and 2025) in related subjects. * **Digital Skills:** Of those 300 hours, at least **50 hours** must have been delivered in a **virtual classroom** (using platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, or similar). **Which Subjects Will You Teach?** We seek experts proficient in one or more of the following thematic areas: * **Wellbeing and Professional Self-Esteem:** Emotional intelligence, stress management, professional self-esteem, and effective time management. * **Communication:** Public speaking, assertiveness, written communication, and high-impact presentations. * **Management and Leadership:** Teamwork, negotiation techniques, problem-solving, and decision-making. * **Agile Methodologies:** Implementation of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
