This position supports the implementation of new frameworks, capabilities, tools, and processes, ensuring timely, structured, and effective delivery across the organization. The role holder will drive follow‑up on critical actions, foster alignment across multiple stakeholders and teams, and actively contribute to embedding a culture of operational excellence, enabling consistent, efficient, and high‑impact execution of strategic initiatives. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support the development and execution of strategic projects across the Advertising function, including go‑to‑market planning and cross‑functional coordination, to ensure the timely delivery of business initiatives and the rollout of new capabilities * Ensure rigorous follow‑up on key actions by tracking progress, identifying risks, and driving accountability across teams * Foster strong alignment and collaboration among diverse stakeholders, acting as a key connector between functions and facilitating effective decision‑making * Identify, design, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and overall effectiveness * Prepare and deliver clear, concise project documentation, status updates, and executive‑level presentations for leadership and key stakeholders * Leverage travel retail and F\&B industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices to continuously improve processes and drive transformation, efficiency, and innovation **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** * Proven experience in PMO, project management, or business operations roles * Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without formal authority * Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions while managing multiple priorities in parallel * Structured, detail‑oriented, and proactive approach to problem‑solving and execution * Hands‑on experience with project management tools and methodologies * Exposure to consulting environments, large organizations, or fast‑paced, dynamic settings is a plus * Proficient in English *Due to certain email system settings, some of our messages may occasionally land in your junk or spam folder.
