We’re looking for a Fixed Asset Accountant to join our global finance organization and support the accurate accounting and reporting of our expanding asset base. This role works closely with the Fixed Asset Manager and partners across finance and operations, offering strong exposure to cross\-functional teams and international activity.This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who wants hands\-on experience, increasing responsibility over time, and the chance to grow their career in a fast\-paced, high\-growth environment. ### **Requirements** * Support Fixed Asset accounting activities, including additions, retirements, transfers, and monthly depreciation, in compliance with company policies and US GAAP. * Assist with monthly and annual close processes by preparing journal entries and performing Fixed Asset reconciliations. * Partner with finance and operations teams to track Construction\-in\-Progress (CIP), research project spending, and support timely capitalization of assets. * Prepare Fixed Asset schedules and supporting documentation for Property Tax filings and audit requests. * Participate in process improvements and system enhancements as the company continues to scale. ### **Responsibilities** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 4 years of relevant accounting experience; Fixed Assets experience is a plus. * Working knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting. * Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is highly preferred. * Fluency in English and Spanish. * Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and comfort working in a growing, evolving environment.
