Over 6 years of experience in technical environments (software, digital‑electronics hardware, IP or others), including at least 2 years * ing teams of 5 or more people.
Solid technical background that enables you to communicate with* engineers, understand technical trade\-offs, and translate complex challenges to non\-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication and * ership skills.
* Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary technical projects.
* Ability to plan, organize and oversee project tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
* Proven capacity to foster engagement and motivate high‑level technical professionals.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
**What will make you stand out:*** Deep experience within the semiconductor industry, particularly with CPU architecture, SoC design, or the RISC\-V instruction set architecture (ISA) and ecosystem.
* Familiarity with the modern hardware verification lifecycle and its challenges (e.g., UVM, formal verification, coverage metrics).
