Working closely across teams and industries, they lead deals that open doors and create lasting impact. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to lead card payments projects worldwide. Let's get in touch. **What you’ll be doing*** Structuring and leading strategic initiatives focused on maximising and optimising card (debit and credit) revenue * Navigating and leading global regulatory changes linked to card revenues, and proactively defining action plans to obtain best outcomes for Revolut and its customers * Managing mission\-critical initiatives end\-to\-end, from initial scoping through to final completion and delivery * Working closely with Government Affairs to monitor regulatory changes that may impact card revenues globally * Quantifying the commercial implications of regulatory and market shifts to inform high\-stakes decision\-making and risk mitigation * Interacting and aligning with other teams (Card Payments, Legal, Merchant Acquiring, FX, etc.) to execute related initiatives * Managing high\-impact relationships with global payment schemes and other external stakeholders (public authorities, research institutions, industry associations) in relation to interchange revenue **What you'll need*** 7\+ years of experience in financial services, banking, or payment card schemes * Knowledge of card schemes and basic card economics (scheme fees, interchange, etc) * Familiarity with the regulatory environment associated with cards and payments * Excellent structuring and programme management skills, with the ability to lead projects from beginning to end * To be an analytical thinker who starts with data and has a problem\-solving mindset * Great communication skills to collaborate with global stakeholders * An understanding of P\&L and the ability to deep\-dive to understand key drivers * Natural curiosity and a proactive drive to make change happen **Nice to have*** Experience with cards or payments in a global setting **Compensation range*** Krakow: PLN16,600 \- PLN30,800 gross monthly\* * Poland: PLN16,600 \- PLN30,800 gross monthly\* * Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process * Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience *Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
