As part of our consulting division’s expansion plan, we are looking to hire an **Agile Consultant** for a stable, long-term project. We seek someone with solid experience in Agile methodologies, accustomed to working with multidisciplinary teams, and possessing analytical capabilities to propose process and work-model improvements. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze, identify, and propose improvements to processes and methodologies. * Design and execute Agile adoption plans tailored to specific departments or teams. * Support teams during their transition to Agile models and their continuous improvement. * Advise on appropriate methodological approaches based on project requirements. * Maintain and evolve the Agile service catalog. * Develop training materials and learning pathways. **Requirements:** * University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field. * Minimum **4 years of experience** actively participating in Agile projects. * Knowledge of **data governance**: policies, processes, metrics, organizational models. * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and functional stakeholders. * Analytical, proactive, and initiative-driven profile. * **Catalan C1 level mandatory.** * At least **one Agile certification** (Scrum Master, Product Owner, PMI-ACP, PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe). **Additional Information** **What do we offer you?** * Indefinite contract and full-time schedule * 23 days of vacation * Continuous training: technical, transversal, and language skills.
