As a Solution Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating high\-quality products and services that delight customers and deliver real business value. Acting as the bridge between business needs, technical teams, and stakeholders, you’ll define problems, design solutions, and guide execution across the entire product lifecycle. What you’ll do: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, architects, and customer\-facing teams to turn ideas into scalable, robust solutions. Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable designs that balance innovation with practicality. Leverage artificial intelligence tools to analyse complex problems, explore design options, assess risks, and accelerate the production of deliverables (specifications, diagrams, impact analyses)—while retaining full ownership and accountability for final design decisions. Assess risks, resolve challenges, and ensure smooth delivery of solutions that meet quality standards. Influence the direction of products and services used by thousands of customers. Support teams during complex issues, providing clarity and driving continuous improvement in delivery processes. Hybrid \- 3 days in office 2 days at home **Responsabilidades principales** Key responsibilities and decision\-making: - Provides an outstanding customer experience through high\-quality products and services - Defines the problem, manages requirements and risk escalation, designs the solution and coordinates communication - Plans, tracks estimation and reports on the progress of their own work and that of relevant team members - Collaborates with other solution designers and stakeholders and builds and manages effective stakeholder relationships - Deepens their knowledge of Sage’s analytics, technologies, organisation and processes, as well as relevant domains - Shapes and influences the product or service, sometimes by encouraging and protecting the team, sometimes by imposing a radical challenge - Contributes to guiding, inspiring and developing junior team members - Supports delivery teams in case of complex issues or when mediation is needed, including by taking responsibility for answering questions raised - Ensures that deliverables’ content is appropriate and of high quality - Is accountable for their own personal development and seeks opportunities to further expand their role - Troubleshoots and analyses problems At Sage, we offer you an environment where you can grow professionally without compromising your personal well\-being.
