Circular Capital is currently seeking candidates for a Junior Product Manager position, with the following main responsibilities: **Responsibilities:** * Budget analysis and preparation: Conduct economic feasibility studies through technical analysis and preparation of chapter-based estimated budgets during land acquisition phases. * Development and review of technical proposals: Formulate and evaluate technical solutions aligned with cost objectives, constructability, and sustainability criteria—both at the basic design stage and during execution. * Technical and economic project review: Analyze technical and economic documentation received from final execution projects, verifying alignment with initial estimates and defined objectives. * Tender preparation, management, and launch: Hold preliminary meetings with potential contractors to present the project and assess their interest and capacity prior to formally inviting them to the tender process. * Monitoring and communication of sustainability performance indicators: Ensure achievement of sustainability outcomes for each project and communicate its environmental, social, and economic impact. * Management of subcontractors and suppliers: Establish agreements with subcontractors and maintain an annually updated materials hub, renewing the portfolio of construction solutions and materials under optimized economic conditions. * Technical and economic risk management. **Desired Qualifications:** * Technical Architecture / Architecture / Civil Engineering or equivalent; * Tools: Office (advanced), Presto (intermediate), AutoCAD (basic), Revit (basic) or Lean Construction. or Circular Economy. **Valuable:** English (B2 level) What do we offer? * Indefinite-term contract. * Performance-based bonus. * Flexible working hours. * Hybrid work model (on-site / remote). * Positive work environment. * Birthday leave (Bday). * Flexible compensation. * Extended summer hours every Friday year-round. * Extended summer hours during summer.
