Following consistent **annual growth of 70–80%** and with even more ambitious plans ahead, we are expanding our HR team and looking for a **HR People Partner** to help drive our continued success. * Lead and support employee onboarding, including regular check\-ins with employees and their managers during the probation period. * Manage and support employee offboarding. * Participate in conflict resolution between employees and within teams, acting as a neutral facilitator. * Conduct meetings and conversations with employees involved in disciplinary or policy violations, ensuring fair process and compliance with internal regulations. * Hold regular coaching and support sessions with newly promoted team leads, managers, focusing on people management skills, including: * + working with employees, + conducting effective 1:1 meetings, + leading difficult or sensitive team meetings (e.g. communicating changes, unpopular decisions, or organizational updates). * Conduct regular individual meetings with all employees * Collaborate with the Head of HR to design and develop training programs for managers, with a focus on communication, leadership, and employee relations. **Requirements** * Proven experience in an **HR People Partner** or similar role от 1 года * Strong understanding of **employee relations**, disciplinary processes, and conflict management. * Hands\-on experience working closely with managers at different levels (team leads, junior and middle managers). * Ability to conduct **difficult conversations** in a professional, calm, and structured manner. * Strong communication and facilitation skills; ability to build trust with employees and managers. * Experience supporting managers during organizational changes and sensitive situations. * Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with discretion. * Fluent English and Russian (С1\+, written and spoken) **Benefits** **What we offer:** * **Fully remote work** * Competitive base salary * Working schedule is rom 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
