




We are seeking a professional with experience in IT and database management. Responsibilities include software license administration, resolution of technical incidents, and user support. The role also involves configuring and updating IT equipment such as PCs, printers, and network devices, as well as managing telephone and printing service contracts. Tasks encompass administration of systems such as ERP, CRM, and email. Coordination with external vendors for software, hardware, or IT services will be required. Product databases will be actively managed for integration into platforms such as TecDoc and eBay, and e-commerce platforms and databases for new digital platforms will be maintained and managed. Additionally, the ability to analyze IT infrastructure, propose improvements, administer servers and networks, and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and peripherals is highly valued. Key responsibilities include implementing security measures, managing backups and recovery plans, monitoring threats, and enforcing cybersecurity policies. Evaluating and implementing new technological tools, documenting processes and systems, and supporting digital transformation projects and migrations will also be expected. Managing Power BI connections, designing dashboards and reports, and training users on their use will form part of the role. Working hours are flexible: Monday to Thursday, from 08:00–09:00 AM entry and 5:00–6:00 PM exit; Friday, from 08:00–09:00 AM entry and exit at 3:00 PM. **Professional experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** Minimum: Higher Technical Degree in Computer Systems.
