The Challenge At 011h, we are looking for a Site Manager / Supervisor to coordinate and supervise daily operations in the production area, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, safety, and economic efficiency. We seek someone capable of leading the workforce, driving correct process execution, and designing solutions that optimize resources and improve productivity. **Requirements** * Coordination of residential construction works alongside the site manager, including concrete structures, timber assembly, bathpods, palletization, carpentry, installations, painting, and others. * Coordination of personnel hired by administration (crane operators, skilled workers, maintenance staff…) and subcontractors. * On-site prevention resource. * Supervision of access for authorized personnel. * Supervision of compliance with the occupational health and safety plan. * Coordination and tracking of materials required for smooth site operations. * Execution of setting-out surveys. What We Need From You: * Minimum 5 years of experience in construction. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Commitment to occupational health and safety standards, order, and cleanliness. * Ability to meet the physical demands of the role (standing for extended periods). * Knowledge of Lean methodology (desirable).
