The selected candidate will join the **Network Operations** department, responsible for operating, monitoring, and continuously improving Orange’s mobile access network. This team plays a key role in ensuring service quality by guaranteeing the availability and efficiency of the mobile network for millions of users. Training objectives During the internship period, students will be able to: * Understand how the mobile access network operates in a real-world environment. * Learn how to identify and resolve basic incidents in mobile networks. * Develop skills in supplier management and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs). * Apply technical telecommunications knowledge to practical business scenarios. * Strengthen teamwork, initiative, and adaptability to change. Training activities Under the supervision of a specialized mentor, the following activities will be carried out: * Review and analysis of mobile access incidents for subsequent resolution. * Monitoring and review of network availability indicators. * Participation in developing improvement plans for the mobile access network. * Collaboration in supplier management and support in coordinating technical actions. Candidate profile * **Academic qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Technologies Engineering, Telematics Engineering, Industrial Electronics and Automatic Engineering, or related fields. * **Desirable knowledge:** Telecommunications networks, Microsoft Office tools. * **Languages:** English at B2 level (an asset). * **Key competencies:** Practical application of knowledge, initiative, teamwork, adaptability to change, creativity.
