CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS is seeking a young professional to join the team of Hotel Molina Lario, located in the heart of Málaga, as Second Maître. **Main responsibilities include:** * Direct, plan, and carry out all activities within the assigned area. * Responsible for ensuring high-quality, professional, and efficient service to guests. * Knowledgeable about and able to advise on various food and wine items featured on the menu. * Responsible for greeting, escorting, and assigning tables to guests. * Collect guest satisfaction feedback during service. * Supervise the setup and restocking of meeting rooms or other event spaces. * Maintain restaurant/bar areas in perfect condition. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a waiter in events and à la carte service. * Advanced English + Other languages are valued. * Outgoing personality, strong customer service orientation, and professional appearance. Dynamic and organized individual. * Customer-oriented mindset and positive attitude. * Leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Education in hospitality.
