Responsibilities: \- Handling home insurance claims. \- Managing the entire claim process—from opening the claim, contacting the repairer, interpreting the damage report, assessing claim coverage, locating materials for repairs, handling incidents, closing the claim, and issuing invoices. ### **Requirements** \- Immediate availability to join. \- At least one year’s experience handling end-to-end home insurance claims; preference will be given to candidates with experience in service companies, repair firms, and official SATs. \- Agility in telephone communication and in using computer applications. \- Excellent customer service skills, initiative, and a solution-oriented approach when routing calls to the appropriate department. ### **Offered** \- Temporary employment contract via ETT with potential continuity. \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00, including one hour for lunch and a 20-minute morning break. \- Salary: €10.20 gross per hour.
