Proposed training plan Our division is SI (Smart Infrastructures). We are a central department providing support to all business units across the SI division on matters relating to quality, projects, environment, compliance, training, sustainability, and cybersecurity. Dynamic, team-based work requiring interaction with all SI Spain business units as well as our parent company in Germany, enabling us to incorporate regulations, tools, etc., and subsequently deploy them in applicable business areas. We support sales, product, project, and service teams, helping drive continuous and more sustainable improvement—both internally and with our customers. Support includes: Maninvest platform for submitting opportunities to the sales team. Completion of questionnaires on customer certification platforms. Development of Quality and Environmental Plans. Conducting customer satisfaction surveys for projects and services. Analysis and root cause analyses (RCAs) of non-conformities (NCCs) in projects. Reviews of compliance with internal Quality and PM@ standards in project management. Monitoring of KPIs and quality objectives according to ISO 9001. Collaboration in reviews
