Training in auxiliary agricultural operations **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of GRUPO TRAGSA specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agriculture, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 1 Training Technician \- Training course "AUXILIARY ACTIVITIES IN AGRICULTURE" in Málaga. **Workplace** -------------------- * Málaga **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Training project targeted at long-term unemployed individuals; individuals aged 45 years or older, particularly women; persons with a disability equal to or greater than 33 %; nationals of third countries; foreign-origin participants; other individuals in socioeconomically vulnerable situations, including those facing or at risk of poverty, social exclusion, or discrimination in its multiple dimensions, as certified by a Social Services report. * Course objectives: Carry out auxiliary operations in agricultural crops following instructions from superiors or a work plan, while complying with occupational risk prevention measures, quality standards, and environmental protection requirements. * The work comprises two modules: 1\-. Specific training (75 hours). Curriculum must comprehensively cover the following topics: Auxiliary operations for land preparation, planting, and sowing of agricultural crops; auxiliary irrigation operations in agricultural crops; auxiliary fertilization and treatment application operations in agricultural crops; cultural operations, harvesting, storage, and packaging of products. * 2\-. Non-labor vocational training: actively identifying companies where students can carry out the practical component of the training activity, followed by tutoring those students during the implementation of such practices. * Upon completion of the training activity, a report must be submitted reflecting the objectives, content, and outcomes of the training, as well as the evaluation criteria established for successfully completing the training activity. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing assessment tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire.
