




**Workplace**: *C/ Fray Isidoro de Sevilla 12, 41009, Sevilla* **Program**: *Zaguán: Residential solutions for the emancipation of young people who have been in the protection system.* **Working Hours**: 26.78 *hours per week, scheduled from Monday to Friday* **Gross Monthly Salary**: *1318.54 € (14 payments per year)* **Gross Annual Salary**: *18459.56 €* **Start Date**: *Immediate* **Contract Type**: *Indefinite-term contract* **Probation Period**: *6 months* **Hierarchical Reporting**: *Andalusia Technical Manager* **Functional Reporting**: *Andalusia Territorial Directorate* **JOB MISSION** To promote social mediation in the fields of integration and housing, thereby managing models of emancipation for young people who have been in protection systems, through person-centred support and promotion of comprehensive deinstitutionalisation solutions. **JOB FUNCTIONS (NON-EXHAUSTIVE LIST):** * Building networks and synergies with local social entities, particularly those working with young people from protection systems. * Coordination with professionals from public municipal resources in Seville. * Assessment and analysis of the social needs of individuals or cohabiting groups referred to the project: referral reports, in-depth interviews, personalised support, estimation of financial resources, etc. * Home visits and assessment of housing conditions for rental purposes. Sourcing rental properties and carrying out relevant administrative procedures. Preparing and drafting inventories and reports, as well as photographic documentation of the property. * Managing incidents and breakdowns in the project’s residential facilities. Contacting home insurance providers and/or maintenance companies. Liaising with suppliers involved in housing maintenance and refurbishment. * Accompanying and mediating during lease agreement signing with landlords. * Supporting the search for rooms in already-rented dwellings. * Welcoming individuals into assigned temporary accommodation; signing agreements on proper use, harmonious cohabitation, and good neighbourliness. * Holding cohabitation meetings and mediating in potential conflicts arising from shared living. Group and neighbourhood mediation. * Co-designing and monitoring autonomy plans with young people (where necessary). * Training on housing management and residential autonomy. * Supporting access to community resources, building support networks, group work, neighbourhood/area attachment and identity, cohabitation, community mediation, and strengthening positive youth self-image, etc. * Registering case files of families and individuals served, follow-up actions, and interventions carried out, in the designated software application. * Preparing documents. Monitoring and evaluating the programme. Systematising data and producing technical reports and follow-up reports, as well as proposals for improvement. * Terminating rental agreements for housing units undergoing closure in completed programmes, and supporting residents’ exit plans from such programmes. At least two years’ experience working with individuals or families at risk of social exclusion, especially young people from protection systems. * **OTHER REQUIREMENTS** * Network-based working and in-depth knowledge of municipal resources and social entities in Seville.
