What we seek * Daily supervision and coordination of on-site construction work. * Organization of in-house teams and subcontractors. * Ensuring compliance with project deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements. * Direct reporting to the site manager or construction supervisor. * Proven experience as a construction foreman on building or urban development projects. * Residence in the province of Málaga or surrounding areas. * Availability to work in Estepona. * Training in Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) and team management will be valued.
