What we are looking for * Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, from planning through to handover. * Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * Supervise and lead on-site work teams, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Report project progress to the Project Management Department and manage technical documentation. * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager in building construction. * Knowledge of construction management, quality control, scheduling, and site safety. * Experience in residential construction projects and housing development is highly desirable. * Availability to work in Estepona (Málaga).
