Our client provides supply chain outsourcing services. We are looking for a professional with proven experience in end-to-end operations management to lead their logistics, installation, repair and maintenance business line. This role involves directing and supervising strategic projects—from design through implementation and continuous improvement—with a focus on optimization and efficiency. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising daily logistics and transport operations, including home-based, field-based and equipment repair activities (telecommunications). Additionally, they will analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities, implement innovative strategies, and ensure process quality. As a member of the Management Committee, this position requires strategic vision to contribute to organizational goal achievement, as well as strong leadership skills to motivate and manage teams. Key responsibilities: \- Plan, coordinate and supervise daily operations related to logistics, transport, installation, maintenance and repair. \- Lead logistics, industrial and operational improvement projects from design through implementation and monitoring. \- Analyze operational data to identify optimization opportunities and areas for improvement. \- Design and execute action plans to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement, with a focus on KPI control. \- Implement strategies to increase operational efficiency and process quality. \- Manage B2B client relationships, ensuring effective and seamless communication. \- Monitor budgets and conduct operational financial analyses to assess their impact on the organization’s profit and loss statement. \- Supervise a middle-management team comprising two directors and coordinate resources assigned to over 800 people. \- Ensure compliance with sector regulations and standards, maintaining a focus on continuous improvement. \- Contribute to the company’s strategic development through a holistic view of operations. ### **Requirements** \- Technical education, preferably in Telecommunications Engineering or related fields. \- Minimum 7 years’ experience managing large-scale logistics and operational projects. \- Results-oriented mindset, operational efficiency focus and customer satisfaction orientation. \- Advanced analytical capability to evaluate data and performance metrics. \- Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends, such as field service software and warehouse management systems. \- Strategic thinking and holistic business perspective. \- Leadership skills to inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams. \- Negotiation ability and effective communication with diverse stakeholders. \- Adaptability and resilience in response to changing work environments. \- Commitment to continuous improvement and openness to technological innovation. \- Digital mindset, stress management capability and strong interpersonal skills. ### **What We Offer** \- Key organizational role: Management Committee membership \- Competitive remuneration package \- Flexibility \- Professional development opportunities within a dynamic and strategic environment \- Opportunity to lead high-impact human-centered projects \- On-site work in Seville, at a strategic and accessible location \- Integration into a highly qualified team If you meet the requirements and are seeking an opportunity to lead operations within a logistics and transport company, this position may be right for you.
