




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in full labor management, including payroll, social security, and application of collective bargaining agreements. Key Points: 1. Attention to detail and ability to resolve incidents **Requirements:** * Degree in Social Work, Labor Relations, or equivalent demonstrable experience. * Experience handling payroll and registration software (experience with will be valued). * In-depth knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and regulations. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position. * Immediate availability. **Additional Competencies:** * Strong communication skills. * Attention to detail. * Incident resolution. * Teamwork. * Ability to work under pressure. **Main Responsibilities (full labor management):** * Processing registrations, cancellations, and modifications with Social Security. * Preparing and submitting employment contracts, summonses, and company certificates to SEPE. * Managing incidents with TGSS. * Managing sick leave notifications, workplace accident reports, and communications with official bodies. * Full payroll cycle, settlements, and final settlements. * Social insurance, CRA files, subsidies, and related files. * Maintaining and updating data in the payroll software. * Applying and interpreting the relevant collective bargaining agreement. * Supporting the HR department.
