Our core values—collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust—guide us toward excellence. **What do we value?** At least 4 years of experience as a: * **UX Designer**, preferably in designing internal applications, corporate tools, or complex platforms. * Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping. * Solid knowledge of usability principles, accessibility, and information architecture. * Ability to create clear, consistent, and user-focused interfaces for internal end users. * Experience conducting UX research methods and user testing. * Skill in documenting processes, user flows, and design rationale. * Analytical mindset oriented toward continuous improvement. * Demonstrable experience designing **internal applications and corporate tools**, focused on creating intuitive, consistent, and accessible products for internal teams. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Design clear interfaces where **relevant information is easily visible**, enabling users to make quick and effective decisions. * Create user flows and screens that facilitate **action discovery**, ensuring available functionalities are intuitively identifiable. * Ensure **visual and functional consistency** of components across the entire internal application. * Apply **accessibility and usability principles**, designing elements that communicate how they should be used (e.g., tappable buttons, clear hierarchies, visual feedback). * Define interaction patterns that provide **clear user feedback**, indicating which actions have been executed and their outcomes. * Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to understand internal needs and translate them into functional, user-centered solutions. * Participate in user research sessions with internal users, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to continuously improve the experience. * Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the corporate **Design System**.
