Stable position in an established industrial company At Alier, we are looking for a technically skilled, customer-oriented individual who wants to work directly with industrial production environments, helping our customers improve their efficiency, performance, and results. This role combines **engineering, technical consulting, and collaboration in solution development**, serving as a key interface between the customer and the company. What will be your mission? To provide technical support to our industrial customers, identifying improvement opportunities, delivering value-added solutions, and contributing to the development of products and applications that generate tangible impact on their productivity and profitability. What will you do on a daily basis? * Conduct technical visits to customers’ production plants * Analyze processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance * Provide technical advice and specialized service * Participate in co-development and adaptation of products to meet customer needs * Manage technical projects related to applications and process improvements * Handle technical complaints and follow up until resolution * Propose and analyze laboratory tests to validate products both at Alier and at the customer’s site * Evaluate customer satisfaction and identify new collaboration opportunities * Deliver solutions generating tangible economic benefits for the customer **If your profile fits, what do we offer at Alier?** * A **stable position** in an established industrial company. * A technical role with real impact on industrial customers. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Training and mentoring to support your integration. * **Working hours:** Split shift from Monday to Thursday, with flexible start time between 7:30 and 9 a.m., and departure from 5 p.m. onwards.
