Team performance and productivity monitoring We are looking for a person to supervise and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring that execution complies with the project specifications and meets quality standards and current regulations. The selected candidate must be able to interpret drawings, measurements, and technical specifications, as well as ensure occupational health and safety for all personnel on site. Responsibilities include logistics management and supply of materials and machinery. In addition, it will be necessary to report construction progress to the immediate supervisor and resolve both technical and organizational issues. Monitoring team performance and productivity, as well as coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, will also form part of the role. Solid knowledge of civil construction processes and on-site machinery, as well as the ability to interpret technical documentation, is required. Proficiency in Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and leadership skills are essential. A full-time temporary employment contract is offered, with salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
