We are seeking a **Site Manager** to join a construction company specializing in high-quality single-family homes, where wood plays a prominent role in exterior finishes. If you have on-site experience, proficiency with carpentry tools and equipment, and are motivated to coordinate work across multiple projects, we want to meet you. What will your responsibilities be? * Execution and supervision of wooden facades and cladding installation. * Operation of carpentry-specific tools and machinery. * Quality control of workmanship and finishes. * Coordination with the Site Manager to ensure adherence to scheduling. * Resolution of issues arising during execution. * Supervision of compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. What are we looking for? * Experience as a Site Manager, Carpentry Foreman, or team leader on construction sites. * **Mandatory** experience in **wood carpentry** applied to construction. * Proficiency in operating carpentry tools and machinery. * Knowledge of wooden cladding, facade, or structural systems installation. * Ability to organize teams and coordinate on-site activities. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Galicia.
