Nauterra Spain is seeking **a Technical Office Manager and Production Support for our packaging manufacturing plant in Carballo.** **Job Mission:** Coordinate and optimize the packaging manufacturing plant’s activities, ensuring achievement of production targets, product quality, and fostering a safe, efficient, and environmentally respectful workplace. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and coordinate the packaging plant’s production activities, ensuring processes are executed efficiently and contributing to continuous operational improvement. * Identify maintenance needs and coordinate necessary actions to guarantee proper functioning of equipment and facilities. * Collaborate with the Quality Department to ensure compliance with established standards. * Participate in procurement and investment management related to packaging production activities, ensuring availability of required resources. * Promote safety and prevention culture, encouraging best practices and ensuring adherence to procedures and current regulations. * Support the organization and coordination of work teams, fostering communication, motivation, and a positive working environment. **Skills and Competencies:** * Initiative, organizational ability, results orientation, continuous improvement, teamwork. **Required Qualifications and Knowledge:** * Academic background: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Electronics and Automation, or similar). A Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering is desirable. * Experience: At least 2 years of experience in industrial or production environments. * IT skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); AutoCAD proficiency.
