Due to our growth, we are seeking a new Front-/Backoffice & Sales Employee for our Customer Care department (BE), located in Alcaucin (ES), in the near future. ***What will you do?*** Assisting customers by phone with various questions. Processing inquiries received by email in our backoffice; contacting suppliers when necessary. Preparing and entering quotations for customers. Switching between departments within our company to assist customers or resolve issues. ***What do we require?*** A customer-friendly attitude combined with a hands-on mentality and the ability to work independently. Fluent command of Dutch, both spoken and written. · English is preferred due to English-speaking suppliers. · French is preferred due to the French-speaking region in Belgium. · Spanish is a plus given our office location in Spain.
