We are seeking an HR Technician to join our team. The selected candidate will support the labor department, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations and alignment of labor policies.
Key responsibilities:
* Preparation and calculation of payroll, severance payments, and social security contributions (SILTRA, Sistema RED, etc.).
* Management of registrations, cancellations, and modifications in Social Security and contracts via SEPE/Contrat@.
* Processing of temporary disability (IT), maternity/paternity leave, work-related accidents, etc.
* Preparation of labor forms and certificates (corporate, withholding tax, etc.).
* Preparation and submission of social security contributions.
* Support during labor inspections, labor audits, and collective bargaining agreements.

**Requirements:**

* Degree in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related field.
* Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role within a consultancy or management firm.
* Advanced knowledge of payroll processing, collective bargaining agreements, and current labor legislation.
* Solid understanding of labor regulations, Social Security, and payroll management.
* Advanced proficiency in payroll software (Sage is a plus) and Excel.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, customer orientation, analytical ability, communication skills, and teamwork.
